Rich Enriquez

President & CEO

Rich Enriquez is the founder of Rienda Services, Inc. He has a background in Developmental & Clinical Psychology with experience in providing residential services to adults with developmental disabilities transitioning from a developmental center into community placement who may have severe behavioral challenges.

Rich is very hands on in his facilities. He is a certified Non Violent Crisis Prevention Intervention Instructor who teaches understanding effective communication and human physiology during aggressive moments, as well as the core philosophy of maintaining Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security of the client and staff supporting the clients.

Rich has been developing and CPP residential facilities and providing services for over seven years and is committed in working with clients and their families to insure that all concerns are addressed in the most sensitive manner so that the family may be at ease and may be more positive and willing participants of the transition process.
